摘要 在对饭店服务标准化的内涵与功能初步解说的基础上,本文采用规范分析方法系统地研究了标准化发展的历史进程与逻辑进程,并着重分析了饭店标准化与个性化之间共存共荣关系。论文还从影响要素的变化方面指出了饭店产品标准未来总的发展趋势是:以国际饭店业惯例、国家标准、行业标准为基础,以企业标准求发展,以个性化服务求创新。而中国旅游饭店服务在当前和未来一个时期的发展方向应该以标准化为主、个性化为辅。 Based on the Preliminary explanatjon for the connotation and the function of hotel service standardization,the historical and logical course of standardization especially,the interdependent relation between standardization and individualization of hotel service have been studied systematically by normative analyze method. Studied the influence factors and it's change of hotel service standardization, the author conclude that the standardization is showing a tendency that the international practice, national standard and tourism industry standard will be the foundation of hotel business, the enterprise standard will be main path for seeking competitive advantage, and the individual service will be the innovation source of hotel industry. In the china's hotel industry,putting standardization first, and assisting individualization will be dominate ideas from now to comjng two years of 21st century.
