论我国会计人才培养中的素质教育

Research on Quality Education of Accounting Personnel in Our Country

本文在明确了素质、素质教育涵义的基础上，提出了会计本科素质教育是包括基础素质教育、职业技术素质教育、职业道德素质教育在内的集合作，其本质是以学生为本造就具有健全人格和较高专业素质的会计人才。会计本科素质教育的实施必须以素质教育为基点，重新确立会计本料的培养目标，并以此为导向，调整课程设置、改进培养方式、创造良好的校园环境。

This paper is designed to provide guide to Quality education of accounting undergraduate in our country.In this paper, we first discuss the concept of quality education, then discuss contents of quality education of accounting undergraduate. Finally, we explore some way of developing quality education of accounting undergraduate in our country. These ways are: making correct objective of education, improving arrangement of curriculum, improving training measures.
