220例矽肺误诊为肺结核的原因及X线胸片表现分析

Clinical analysis of 220 cases of silicosis misdiagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis

目的分析矽肺患者临床中被误诊为肺结核的原因,并对X线胸片表现情况进行分析。方法收集转至本院220例矽肺误诊为肺结核患者的病例资料,对误诊原因和X线胸片情况进行分析。结果 220例矽肺患者发生误诊原因经过分析包括15种,出现最多的原因是对矽肺X线胸片没有准确判断,占46.36%,显著高于其他误诊原因(P<0.05)。结论避免发生矽肺误诊的措施有对矽肺发生早期融合以及不典型融合病变时X线胸片进行准确判断,对患者的职业史进行询问等,从而减少误诊,对矽肺患者实施正确治疗。

Objective To analyze the causes of misdiagnosed as pulmonary tuberculosis in patients with silicosis. Methods 220 cases of silicosis misdiagnosed as pulmonary tuberculosis in patients with clinical data and X-ray analysisto in our hospital. Results 220 cases of silicosis patients misdiagnosed through analysis includes 15 kinds, the most reason is not on silicosis X-ray accurate judgment, accounted for 46.36%, significantly higher than that of other causes of misdiagnosis, P0.05, there was statistical significance. Conclusion To avoid the occurrence of silicosis diagnosed measures on occurrence of silicosis early fusion and fusion lesions not typical x-ray judgment, patient occupation history inquiry, thereby reducing the misdiagnosis, implementing the correct treatment of silicosis patients.
