Protaper机动镍钛器械预备磨牙根管的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究Protaper机动镍钛器械在预备磨牙根管中的临床应用。方法选取83例患者的231个磨牙根管随机分为机扩组和手扩组,机扩组采用Protaper机动镍钛器械预备根管,手扩组采用不锈钢K锉预备根管,全部患者均采用侧向加压法充填根管,比较治疗前后的X光片,评价根管预备和根管充填的效果。结果机扩组的操作时间明显短于手扩组,根管偏移、台阶形成等并发症及术后疼痛均少于手扩组,根管适充率较手扩组高。结论 Protaper机动镍钛器械预备磨牙根管快速高效,并发症少,根管成形好,值得临床推广。
