摘要
目的探讨采用三通式造瘘在结肠外伤手术中应用的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本院自2009年6月～2013年6月应用三通式结肠造瘘处理结肠外伤共计23例的临床资料。结果 23例患者两次手术后21例顺利治愈,另外2例第二次术后出现原造瘘口切口感染,经对症、抗炎处理后治愈。结论在结肠外伤术中采用三通式造瘘,缩短了手术时间,减少了因为二次进入腹腔手术导致的肠粘连及医源性损伤,缩短了患者住院时间,节省了医疗费用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of three-way colostomy surgery in colon trauma surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from June 2009 to June 2013 the application of three-way deal with colon colostomy trauma clinical data of a total of 23 cases. Rusults 23 patients after surgery twice successfully cured 21 cases, the other two cases the original second postoperative stoma incision infection, symptomatic, after anti-inflammatory treatment to cure. Conclusion Using three-way colostomy surgery in colon trauma, shorten the operation time, reduce the adhesion and iatrogenic injury because the secondary into the cause of abdominal surgery, shortened hospital stay and save medical costs.
