东莞市寮步镇2013年医院门诊及急诊腹泻病例病原体检测分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的为了解和掌握东莞市寮步镇腹泻病的就诊趋势、流行概况及主要病原体构成。方法采用流行病学现况调查及实验室检测的方法,选择东莞市寮步医院内科门诊、儿科门诊及急诊科为监测点,开展腹泻病例病原体检测。结果 2013年全年监测门诊和急诊223 230人,发现腹泻病例4 981例,腹泻病例门诊就诊指数为2.23%。从病例发病时间分布看,7~10月份为发病高峰期,其构成比为44.05%。从病例年龄构成看,以0~4岁组病例病例为主,其构成比为88.86%。病例病原学监测结果显示,标本的阳性检出率为35.00%。从病例阳性标本病原菌构成看,霍乱弧菌和志贺氏杆菌分离培养均为阴性;轮状病毒阳性、诺如病毒阳性及两病毒混合阳性的构成比分别为34.69%、60.20%和5.10%。结论东莞市寮步镇腹泻病例呈常年发病,7~10月份为发病高峰期,0~4岁婴幼儿为高发年龄,病原菌以诺如病毒感染为主,预防和控制婴幼儿感染性泻势在必行。 Objective To understand and grasp the trend of a doctor, Dongguan town of Liaobu City, diarrhea disease epidemic situation and the main pathogens. Methods Using the method of epidemiological investigation and laboratory detection, choose the city of Dongguan Liaobu hospital outpatient department of internal medicine, outpatient department of Pediatrics and emergency department to carry out monitoring points, cases of diarrhea pathogen detection. Results The year 2013 monitoring results in outpatient and emergency department of 223 230 people, found 4 981 cases of diarrhea, diarrhea clinic index 2.23%. From the distribution of time of onset cases, 7--4)ctober was the peak time, the constituent ratio was 44.05%. In view of the structure of age of cases, with 0-4 years old patients were mainly, the constituent ratio was 88.86%. Cases etiology monitoring results indicate that, the positive rate was 35% in samples. In view of the structure of cases with positive samples pathogen, Vibrio cholerae, Shigella isolated cultures were negative; rotavirus positive, norovirus positive and two virus positive ratio were 34.69%, 60.20% and 5.10%. Conclusion Liaobu Town, Dongguan City diarrhea cases is annual incidence, from 7 to October was the peak time, 0 to 4 years old children of age, such as virus infection was the main pathogenic bacteria of Enoch, the prevention and control of infectious diarrhea in infants and young children be imperative.
