我国地下空间资源管理亟待加强

Strengthening Management of Underground Space Resources in China

随着人口的增加和城市化进程的加快，土地越来越紧张和宝贵，开发和利用地下空间资源将成为必然的选择。但我国地下空间资源管理部门缺位，为了减少失误和地表地下建设避让损失，使地下空间资源的开发利用健康有序进行，亟待加强对地下空间资源的管理。应当采取鼓励企业和个人按照地下空间建设的统一规划开发利用地下空间资源的政策。

With the increase of population and urban expansion,land is becoming more and more inadequate and valuable. The resources of underground space would be inexorable selection for development and utilization. However,the size for the utilization of underground space resources has been expanded. But China is lack of management department in this regard. In order to reduce mistakes and the loss of evading surface and underground construction,it is absolutely necessary to strengthen the management of underground space resources,so that the development and utilization of underground space resources should be effectively and methodically carried out.
