A Study on the Government's Seceding Mode in the Reforms of the Infrastructure Industry

本文通过对我国基础设施产业运营现状的分析，探讨了基础设施产业改革中政府有序退出市场的问题，提出了政府有序退出的三种有效模式，并对各种模式的市场运行机制进行了研究。

Through analyzing the present situation of infrastructure industry's operation in China, this article discusses the problem in the reforms in which the government secedes from the infrastructure market gradually, and provides three modes of orderly withdrawal, then the mode of operation mechanism in market is studied.
