摘要
大量实证研究表明，企业主体、融资战略和政府行为是影响一国高新技术企业发展的主要因素，在各国高新技术企业发展历程中，都体现了一定的规律性。本文正试图从这三因素着手，来探讨高新技术企业发展的一般规律。
A lot of demonstration studies indicate, business mainbody, financing strategy and government instruction are the main factors which affect the development of Hi－ tech enterprise in one country, and these three factors also have some characteristics in common during the developing course of Hi－ tech enterprise in every country. So this article tries to discuss the common law of Hi－ tech enterprise development just from these three factors.
