高新技术企业科研开发组织的模式选择

The Model Selection of R＆ D Organization in Hi－ tech Enterprises

本文把传统的 "企业孵化器 "理论应用于企业内部，设计出高新技术企业科研开发组织的三种选择模式，并对各种模式的特点及实施的条件要求进行论述，最后指出，企业在进行科研开发组织的设计时，要综合考虑企业自身的资源状况、实力特点，结合各模式的特点及实施的条件要求，以选择一个合适的或最接近的模式。

We apply the traditional ' Enterprise Incubator' theory to the interior of enterprises, and design three models of R＆ D organization in Hi－ tech enterprises. After a survey of the characteristics and enforcing conditions of these models, we argue that when designing R＆ D organizations enterprises should take consideration of their resource conditions and the characteristics of the above three models, and so that select one suitable model of R＆ D organization.
