Analysis of the Status Quo of Technical and System Innovation in China's State Large and Medium Enterprises

本文基于实地调研和问卷调查 ,结合相关的理论进展 ,从九个不同方面分析了我国国有企业技术创新与制度创新的现状 ,旨在揭示国有企业下一步改革的可能方向 ,为国有企业的下一步改革提供事实依据。

Based on on-site interviews and questionnaires of the state owned enterprise of China, combined with some relevant theory advancement, this paper analyses the present situation of their technological innovation and institutional innovation activities from nine deferent aspects. It is aimed to reveal the possible orientation of the SOEs' reform, and also to provide facts for the next step of the reform.
