Information Technology Creates the Superiority of Enterprise Competition

本文提出了一个企业竞争优势模型。从质量、业务流程、服务、研究开发、竞争 -合作、组织学习以及企业战略几个方面论述了信息技术 (InformationTechnology,简称IT)对企业竞争优势的影响。可以说信息技术创造企业竞争优势。面临知识经济的挑战 ,企业应加快信息化改造 ,其关键是构建信息技术基础结构。本文提出了信息技术基础结构模式。

In this article, a model of enterprise competitive advantage is constructed. How the Information Technology (IT) affects the competitive advantage of enterprise is also discussed. So we come to the point that IT can create enterprise competitive advantage. In the age of knowledge economy, enterprise ought to build IT infrastructure in order to keep its competence. This paper also propose a model of IT infrastructure.
