企业集团化过程中政府作用的理论思考

The Research on the Influence of Government in the Process of Organization and Development of Business Groups

本文以交易费用经济学为依据 ,从理论上分析了在企业集团化的过程中政府替代的可行性和必然性。然后结合我国企业集团的发展历程 ,从实践上证明了政府替代的必要性。在此基础上 ,提出了以政府替代方式建立企业集团对政府的要求 ,即适当的干预强度和政府服务的高质量。最后 ,总结了我国企业集团化过程中政府替代应该注意的几个方面。

Based on the transaction cost theory, this paper analyzes the feasibility and the necessity of government substitution in the development of business groups in our country. Then, the requirements of government substitution are proved after the empirical research on business groups. After that, this paper lay out needs that the government should provide when it support its business groups. Finally, some points that should be noted in the process of government substitution are concluded.
