某区军人疲劳状况及影响因素

THE FATIGUE STATUS AND ITS INFLUENCING FACTOR IN THE MILITARY IN SOUTH CHINA

目的调查南方某区部队军人的疲劳状况及影响因素,为评估官兵疲劳和采取干预措施提供参考。方法采用疲劳量表(Fatigue Scale-14,FS-14)、症状自评量表(symptoms checklist-90,SCL-90)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)对某区6580名军人进行调查。结果该区军人的体力疲劳、脑力疲劳得分和疲劳总分分别为3.79±2.38、2.00±1.58、5.76±3.33,明显高于国内健康人群(3.71±2.29,1.79±1.47,5.50±3.09),差异有显著性(P<0.01);但是他们的体力疲劳、脑力疲劳得分和疲劳总分明显低于海军官兵和医护人员,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);这些军人的体力疲劳、脑力疲劳得分和疲劳总分与SCL-90各项因子分值及睡眠指数、睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠药物、日间功能障碍分值呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论该区军人疲劳状况与心理健康及睡眠状况密切相关,因此改善官兵疲劳状况时,应注意缓解训练压力和改善生活环境,并结合心理健康教育、心理干预和睡眠干预。

Objective To investigate the fatigue status and its influencing factor in some of the military in South China,so as to provide the reference for evaluating fatigue and using appropriate interventions. Methods A total of 6580 military personnel in South China were investigated with Fatigue Scale-14,Symptoms Checklist-90（ SCL-90）,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（ PSQI）. Results The physical fatigue score,mental fatigue score, and total score of fatigue in some of the military in South China（ 3. 79±2. 38,2. 00±1. 58,5. 76±3. 33 respectively） were significantly higher than those in Chinese healthy people（ 3. 71±2. 29,1. 79±1. 47,5. 50±3. 09 respectively）,（ P〈0. 01）; but significantly lower than those in naval and medical workers（ P〈0. 01）. Their physical fatigue score,mental fatigue score,and fatigue total score were positively correlated with the scores of all factors in SCL-90, sleep index,sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep time,sleep disorder,sleeping-medicine,and daytime dysfunction（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion The fatigue status of the military is closely related with the state of mental health and sleep. To improve their fatigue status,it is necessary to pay attention to relieving the stress by training,ameliorating living environment; and to combine with the mental health education,psychological intervention and sleep intervention.
