论文从国际合资企业的管理难点———不稳定入手 ,分析和研究中外合资企业的稳定性问题。首先在实证分析的基础上阐述了中外合资企业稳定性的五大影响因素 ;继而从理论的角度剖析中外合资企业不稳定的具体形态 :技术不稳定、组织结构不稳定和价值观不稳定 ;通过对中外合资企业的稳定性与一般国际合资企业的稳定性的对比研究 ,本论文认为 :对中外合资企业不稳定的否定性评价是值得商榷的。

The article talks from the difficulities of sino-foreign joint ventures management——instability,analyses and researches the question of sino-foreign joint ventures stability. First,to base on the positive study,it expounds the five factors which affect the stability of sino-foreign joint ventures . Then,from the theoretical angles,it makes a concrete analysis of the specific patterns of sino-foreign joint ventures instability: the technological instability,organizational instability and instability of value. Through compare the stability of the sino-foreign joint ventures with some international joint ventures ,the authors think,it is open to doubt that the denial evaluation on instability of sino-foreign joint ventures.
