摘要
铝挤压机挤压生产过程的虚拟技术,具有重要工程意义。以多学科仿真软件ITI-SimulationX为核心平台,集成三维建模软件SolidWorks建立的挤压机机械结构、成形工艺软件Simufact获取的成形力,组建了虚拟挤压系统模型,并以7075铝合金棒材挤压生产为例进行了仿真研究,得到了挤压行程、压力曲线,以及挤压时间等结果。
It is of great engineering significance to study the virtual technology,which can be used to show the extrusion process in the operation of the large aluminum extrusion press.This virtual extrusion system model,which integrates with the mechanical structure of the extrusion press built by the three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks,and the forming force determined by the forming technology software Simufact,is established based on the core platform ITI-SimulationX.Taking the extrusion process of 7075 aluminum alloy bar as an example,the simulation study obtains the extrusion time and the curves of the extrusion displacement and the pressure.
