摘要
基于滚柱泵的工作特点,建立该泵的运动学和动力学模型,分析出了滚柱在泵运转过程中运动状态和受力形式,再建立力学平衡方程,推导出滚柱与定子内壁和U形槽之间的接触力公式,最后根据赫兹定理的接触应力公式和该泵的运动特点,推导滚柱在任意位置的接触应力大小及分布,并且仿真出其应力曲线及应力分布的等高线,该分析结果为滚柱泵的优化设计和应用奠定了理论基础。
Based on the working characteristics of the roller pump,the kinematics and dynamics model of the pump are established to analyze the state of motion and force forms of the working roller pump.Then the equilibrium equation is established to deduce the contact force formula between the stator inner wall and the U-shaped groove.Finally according to the Hertz contact stress formulas and the pump' s movement characteristics,the size and distribution of the roller contact stress in any position are derived.The stress curve and its contours are drawn by the simulation through the formula.The analysis results provide a theoretical guide for the design and application of the roller pump.
