摘要
为了提高白洋淀、衡水湖水域蒲草整齐化收获效率,该研究将机构设计和液压系统相互配合,能够实现高效整齐收获作业。针对割台的动作要求,对其液压系统进行了合理的分析设计。实际作业结果表明:液压系统不但满足割台及割刀刀架升降,而且对拨禾轮上下、前后均可调更有利于蒲草收获作业,同时具有可靠性、安全性和高效性的特点。
In order to improve the efficiency of harvesting cattail of Hengshui Lake and Baiyangdian Lake,the structural design with hydraulic system is presented,which can achieve harvesting operation efficiently and neatly.In view of movements of cutting platform,we analyze and design the hydraulic system.The results show that the hydraulic system meets not only the cutting platform and cutter rest movement,but also the wheel up and down,front and back adjustable,which is reliable,safe and efficient.
