摘要
为了丰富液压增力机构的类型,提出了一种电动螺旋驱动的液压增力机构。可以借助人机接口设置参数,远程操作电动螺旋驱动模块,实现液压增力机构自动运行。研究了该机构的组成、使用特点和工作原理,将电动螺旋传动与液压技术结合起来,达到高效增力的目的。并介绍了螺旋传动、液压增力机构的设计方法和微型力矩电机的选择方法。
In order to increase the type of the hydraulic force increasing mechanism,an electric spiral-driven hydraulic force increasing mechanism is proposed.By the man-machine interface,we can set parameters to remotely operate the electric spiral-driven module for realizing the automatic operation of the hydraulic force increasing mechanism.The composition,characteristics and work principle of the mechanism are studied.In this study,we combine the electric spiral-driven technology and the hydraulic technology to achieve the aim of efficient force increasing.And we also introduce the design method of spiral-drive,hydraulic force increasing mechanism and selection method of micro torque motor in this paper.
