摘要
自行式液压载重车转向升降液压系统目前主要采用负载敏感控制系统,该系统结构复杂,成本较高,为此提出一种负载敏感液压泵的恒压变量控制,设计一个变量控制阀组既可以实现液压泵的负载敏感控制模式,又可以实现恒压变量控制模式,一台液压泵可以当负载敏感液压泵使用,也可以当恒压变量泵使用,升降液压系统采用恒压变量控制,通过变量控制阀组与升降控制阀组的配合实现升降速度的调节。现场试验表明能够满足实际使用要求,控制性能更好,成本降低。
At present,the load sensing control system is used in most self-propelled hydraulic truck' s steering and bogies hydraulic system.The load sensing control system is complex and high-priced.Therefor the constant pressure variable control of the load sensing pump is established.A variable control valve group is designed,so the hydranlic pump can realize the load sensing control mode and the constant pressure variable control mode,and one hydraulic pump can be used for the load sensing hydraulic pump or the constant pressure variable pump.The hydraulic system of the bogies uses the constant pressure variable control mode to control the lifting speed of the platform with control valve group and lifting control valve group.The field test shows that it can meet the requirements of actual use.Its control performance is better,and its cost is lower.
