定性评价方法的极限与超越——基于对同行评议的研究综述

The Limitation and Transcendence of Qualitative Evaluation based on the Literature Review of Peer Review

作为定性评价方法代表的同行评议是科学评价中使用最为广泛的方法,在使用中人们注意到其具有一些固有缺陷,并尝试进行了弥补。文章在对同行评议定义、同行评议专家遴选、同行评议局限性、网络同行评议等方面做文献研究的基础上,得出结论认为,定性与定量评价方法将在各自最为适用的领域发挥自身优势,并相互弥补不足,走向综合。

Peer review,as a typical representative of qualitative evaluation,is the most widely used method in evaluation of science.People notice that it has some connatural limitations and try to make amends.This article reviews peer review in the following aspects：the definition of peer review,the selection of peer review experts,the limitation of peer review and peer review through the Internet and gets the conclusion that qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods would play their advantages in their most suitable areas and compensate each other,towards integration.
