摘要
目的探讨超声骨刀在前牙牙槽骨劈开种植术中的应用效果和技术特点。方法2009年5月~2013年9月期间,40例患者共60枚前牙术前评估种植区剩余骨量不足(牙槽骨宽度约2.5~4mm),应用超声骨刀行前牙牙槽骨劈开术,同期植入种植体,辅以GBR技术。结果术中患者无敲击不适感,术后反应小,愈合期内无创口感染、种植体松动等并发症;43枚植体已永久修复;60枚种植体经3~53月的追踪观察,无1枚松动或脱落。结论应用超声骨刀进行前牙牙槽骨劈开种植术可精确地完成手术,手术中容易控制切骨量,损伤小,较为微创,有助于种植手术的实施,是目前比较理想的骨劈开工具。
Objective To summarize the clinical experience of the piezosurgery on anterior alveolar bone-separating with simultaneous implant placement. Methods During 2009.5-2013.9, 40 cases who had not enough alveolar bone width(2.5-4mm) had the bone-separating with piezosurgery and implanted 60 denture implant simultaneously,and supplemented by guide bone regeneration technology. Results During the operation with piezosurgery, the patients did not feel knocked discomfort,during the healing period, the patients had no complications such as wound infection and implant loosening. 43 implants had been permanently restored. 60 pieces of implant were observated after2 months-53 months follow-up, no one is loose or fall off.Conclusion The technique which anterior alveolar bone-separating with the piezosurgery and simultaneous implant placement can accurately complete the operation.The piezosurgery is easier to control cutting bone mass in the operation. The damage was small and minimal invasive in the implementation of the plant operation. The piezosurgery is the ideal bone-separating tools.
