A quantized analysis of R&D innovation levels achieved by China's S&T periodicals

本文对我国科技期刊的科技创新水平进行了较为全面的量化分析。按照国际通用的期刊评价指标 ,分析了我国科技期刊被国际权威检索系统收录的情况 ,以及我国科技期刊的国际被引证率、影响因子和即时指数 ,通过大量对比研究 ,得出我国科技期刊科技创新水平和世界先进水平差距的较为可靠的认识。

In line with the international norms set for evaluating S&T journals, the R&D innovation levels of China's S&T journals was analyzed. Summarized from a great number of comparable cases, some of their key characteristics are revealed in terms of international citation frequency, impact factors, immediacy index etc. The conclusion is: China's S&T journals still have a long way to go in comparison with their foreign counterparts because there exists a giant gap between the two sides.
