贵州4个主要产茶区春茶中的微量元素含量差异 被引量:7

Differentiation of Trace Elements in Spring Tea from Four Main Tea-producing Areas in Guizhou

摘要 摸清贵州4个产茶区春茶中的微量元素含量,为评价其春茶质量提供参考,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)技术对贵州4个产茶区24个春茶样品中的Zn、Cu、Pb、Co、Mo等微量元素含量进行检测。结果表明:1)24个春茶样品中的Zn元素平均含量为54.43mg/kg,Co为0.085 3mg/kg,Mo为0.060 2mg/kg,Pb为3.95mg/kg,Cu为25.59mg/kg,Ni为11.41mg/kg,Cr为0.38mg/kg,稀土总量为1.375 2mg/kg。2)在4个产茶区春茶样品中,Zn元素的平均含量以遵义茶区最高,为62.53mg/kg;铜仁茶区最低,为49.32 mg/kg。Cu元素平均含量以黔南茶区最高,为29.54 mg/kg;安顺茶区最低,为20.59mg/kg;Pb元素平均含量以黔南茶区最高,为4.24mg/kg;铜仁茶区最低,为3.61mg/kg。Co元素平均含量以铜仁茶区最高,为0.091 6mg/kg;安顺茶区最低,为0.081 3mg/kg。Mo元素平均含量以安顺茶区最高,为0.062 2mg/kg;铜仁茶区最低,为0.058 6mg/kg。Cr元素平均含量以铜仁茶区最高,为0.41mg/kg;安顺茶区最低,为0.35mg/kg。Ni元素平均含量以安顺茶区最高,为15.17mg/kg;黔南茶区最低,为8.34mg/kg。结论:贵州4个产茶区春茶样品中的Zn元素含量较高,Co、Mo元素含量适中,Pb、Cu、Ni和Cr元素含量在国标绿色食品规定的茶叶质量安全范围。 To explore the contents of trace elements in spring tea from four tea-producing areas in Guizhou,and provide a reference for evaluating tea quality,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was applied in the measurement of Zn,Cu,Pb,Co and Mo content in 24tea samples,which were picked in four different districts in Guizhou.The experiment result indicated that the average content of Zn,Co,Mo,Pb,Cu,Ni,Cr and rare earth was respectively 54.43mg/kg,0.085 3mg/kg,0.060 2 mg/kg,3.95 mg/kg,25.59 mg/kg,11.41 mg/kg,0.38 mg/kg and 1.375 2 mg/kg.The average Zn content was the highest in Zunyi(62.53mg/kg)and lowest in Tongren(49.32mg/kg);Cu was the highest in Qiannan(29.54mg/kg)and lowest in Anshun(20.59mg/kg);Pb was the highest in Qiannan(4.24mg/ kg)and lowest in Tongren(3.61mg/kg);Co was the highest in Tongren(0.091 6mg/kg)and lowest in Anshun(0.081 3 mg/kg);Mo was the highest in Anshun(0.062 2 mg/kg)and lowest in Tongren(0.058 6mg/kg);Cr was the highest in Tongren(0.41mg/kg)and lowest in Anshun(0.35mg/kg);Ni was the highest in Anshun(15.17mg/kg)and lowest in Qiannan(8.34mg/kg).In conclusion,in the four tea-producing areas,Zn content was high,Co and Mo contents were medium,the contents of Pb,Cu,Ni and Cr were in the tea quality safety range of national green food provisions.
