摘要
为开发环境友好型生物杀虫剂奠定基础,利用毒蝇鹅膏菌和白毒鹅膏菌的毒素粗提物对华北蝼蛄进行毒杀试验。结果表明:2种真菌的毒素粗提物对华北蝼蛄具有很好的毒杀作用。其中,1)施药后24h,浓度为6mg/mL时,毒蝇鹅膏菌和白毒鹅膏菌的毒素粗提物对华北蝼蛄的毒杀率分别达90.33%和91.00%,且在24h内对华北蝼蛄的致死中浓度分别为1.974mg/mL和1.691mg/mL,其回归方程分别为Y毒蝇鹅膏菌=0.055x+0.482和Y白毒鹅膏菌=0.049x+0.545。2)毒蝇鹅膏菌和白毒鹅膏菌的毒素粗提物对华北蝼蛄的毒杀效果较对照达极显著水平。3)前期白毒鹅膏菌的杀虫效果不明显,但随着作用时间的延长,其杀虫率总体较毒蝇鹅膏菌的高。
In order to lay the foundation for developing environment friendly biological insecticides,an experiment was conducted on the toxicity of A.miscaria's and A.verna's crude toxin to Gryllotalpa unispina.Results:1)24hours after application,6mg/mL crude toxin from A.miscaria and A.verna had high toxicity to G.unispina,90.33% and 91.00% respectively.And the lethal concentration was 1.974mg/mL and 1.691mg/mL,and the regression equation was YA.miscaria=0.055x+0.482and YA.verna= 0.049x+0.545respectively.2)the toxicity of crude toxin from A.miscaria and A.verna had significantly higher effects than the control.3)In early stage the effect of A.verna was not obvious,but higher than A.miscaria with time prolonging.
