摘要
生物的分类是认知自然界的基础,动物DNA条形码是利用线粒体COI基因部分片段的序列差异鉴定物种的一种新技术,近年来在昆虫及其他动物类群中开展了大量的验证性和应用性研究。概述了动物线粒体基因适宜于鉴别物种的对应特征,回顾了DNA条形码背景,总结了DNA条形码技术的识别原理和鉴定程序,并对传统害虫形态鉴定方法的缺陷以及DNA条形码技术在害虫鉴定中的应用进展进行了综述,展望了DNA条形码研究中存在的争议和应用前景。
The classification of living things is fundamental to the cognition of biological science. Animal DNA Barcoding is a new method for the identification of species in a wide range of animal taxa, which uses the partial region of the mitochondrial cytochrome coxidase-I(CO-I).In recent years,Growing researches are focused on its value and application.In this review,the background,identification principle and procedure of DNA barcoding were summarized.The weakness of the traditional approaches and the progress of application on pest identification by DNA barcoding were reviewed.At last,the existing disputes and future research direction of DNA barcoding were proposed.
