摘要
为选育家蚕黑蛾标记品种,解决家蚕制种中因难以通过蛾色准确辨认杂交亲本造成杂交率低的问题,以黑蛾标记基因16-200Bm(从西南大学引进)为基础材料,贵州省蚕业研究所育成的成对家蚕优良品种贵蚕3号的4个纯种为载体,杂交导入黑蛾基因,经连续10代回交、定向培育,育成具有黑蛾标记、制种杂交率高、产量高,生产性能、发育性能及健康性等经济性状好的黑蛾标记新品种贵蚕5号,于2009年12月通过贵州省农作物品种审定委员会审定。
In order to breed color marked silkworm cultivar,so as to solve the problem of low hybridization rate in silkworm seed production for the hybrid parents could not be distinguished accurately through the moth color,the authors took the black moth marked gene 16-200Bm introduced from Southwest University as the basal material,four pure Guican 3species bred by Guizhou Sericulture Research Institute as the vectors,black moth gene was lead in and backcrossed for ten generations,then a new black moth marked silkworm cultivar Guican 5 was selected in directive breeding,with ecological characteristics of high hybridization rate,yield,production performance,development performance and health,which was approved by Guizhou Crop Variety Approval Committee in December 2009.
