手扶式智能电动助力两轮车的设计

摘要 为解决山地丘陵地区物资运输问题,进行了手扶式智能电动助力两轮车整车机械结构、手柄推力检测传感器的设计和系统主程序的设计。电动助力两轮车以DSPIC30F2010单片机为控制核心,采用模块化设计思想,设计了电流检测模块、电源模块、手柄推力检测模块、刹车信号检测模块、转子位置检测模块和电机驱动模块,构成控制器硬件系统。经测试,手扶式智能电动助力两轮车能实现智能电动助力,让操作更便捷省力,可提高农民的工作效率。 In order to solve the transportation problem of hilly area,The authors put forward the design scheme of intelligent electric two-wheel trolley,completed the design of the mechanical structure, the handle thrust detection sensor and system program,taking intelligent Electric Two-wheel Trolley with DSPIC30F2010microcontroller as control core,based on the idea of modular design,the authors completed the design of current detection module,power supply module,handle thrust detection module,brake signal detection module,rotor position detection module,motor drive module,they constitute the controller hardware system.At the same time completed the design of system program.The testing results showed that this design could automatically provide energy to the two-wheel trolley,make the operation more convenient and effort,improve farmers' productivity.
