贵州民族地区县域经济发展路径探析

Analysis of County Economic Development Path in Ethnic Minority Areas of Guizhou Province

贵州作为一个民族地区数量与面积均占较大比例的多民族聚居省份,其民族地区县域经济发展对2020年贵州以县为单位同步实现全面小康社会的目标具有重要影响。对此,分析了贵州省民族地区县域经济发展的重要性与发展的现状及存在的主要问题,并从战略定位、招商引资、产业发展、城镇化建设、旅游资源开发利用与人才队伍建设等6个方面探析了促进贵州民族地区县域经济发展的新路径。

As a multi-ethnic populated province,Guizhou has fairly large percentage in both the number and the areas of regions inhabited by ethnic groups.Therefore,the county economic development of ethnic minority areas in Guizhou plays an important role in achieving the aim to build an all-round welloff society with county as the unit in Guizhou in 2020.The authors analyzed the importance,the status quo and the major existing problems of county economic development of ethnic minority areas in Guizhou. Furthermore,new approaches to promote the county economic development of ethnic minority areas in Guizhou were explored from six aspects including strategy positioning,attraction of investment,industry development,urbanization construction,development and utilization of tourism resources,as well as talent team construction.
