山东农业全要素生产率增长的地区差异比较与收敛性检验 被引量:2

摘要 为了探明山东农业全要素生产率增长的地区差异和动态演变趋势,以促进山东各地区农业的协调与可持续发展,运用非参数的DEA-Malmquist指数方法测算了山东17个地市2000-2011年的农业全要素生产率变化,并按区域范围对山东农业全要素生产率增长趋势的收敛性进行了实证检验。结果表明:山东农业全要素生产率增长存在着明显的地区差异,中部地区农业全要素生产率年均增速最快,为7.7%;其次是西部地区,为6.5%;东部地区的年均增速最慢,为4.4%。东部、中部、西部地区的农业全要素生产率增长在长期内均存在σ收敛,全省及东中部地区存在显著的绝对和条件β收敛,西部地区仅存在显著的条件β收敛。 In order to study the regional differences and dynamic evolution of Shandong agricultural total factor productivity growth,and to promote coordinated and sustainable development of Shandong agriculture,applying nonparametric DEA-Malmquist index,the authors measured agricultural total factor productivity of 17cities in Shandong Province from 2000to 2011,and then took an empirical test on the convergence of Shandong agricultural total factor productivity growth rate by area.Results showed that there are obvious differences on Shandong agricultural total factor productivity growth.The fastest average annual agricultural total factor productivity growth rate is 7.7%in the middle region,the second one is 6.5%in the western region,the slowest one is 4.4%in eastern Shandong.The agricultural total factor productivity growth rates in eastern,middle and western regions presentσconvergence in the long term,significant absolute and conditionalβconvergence can be found in the whole province and middle region,while only conditionalβconvergence is significant in western region.
