摘要
针对传统的脉冲辐射探测器灵敏度标定实验中存在数据量少、人为和统计误差较大等不足,利用LabVIEW软件开发平台,通过GPIB-USB卡控制Keithley 6517A静电计,搭建了一套脉冲辐射探测器灵敏度标定系统。该系统实现了探测器输出电流的实时采集、处理和存储,同时实现了探测器灵敏度的实时计算、实验条件和实验结果的规范化存储等。实验测试结果表明:该系统运行稳定可靠、测量与控制精度高,实现了预期功能,提高了脉冲辐射探测器灵敏度标定精度。
In view of insufficiencies such as few datum and high individual error in traditional calibration experiment, a cali- bration system of sensitivity for pulsed radiation detector which controlled Keithley 6517A electrometer by GPIB-USB convertor was built based on LabVIEW. The calibration system can realize real-time current acquisition, analysis and storage, and can also achieve real-time sensitivity calculation. Moreover, it is able to store the condition and results of experiment at normalized format. Experi- mental results show that the system features good stability and reliability, high measurement and control precision which realizes ex- pected functions and improves calibration precision.
