摘要
PPI协议是西门子PLC的几种通信方式之中使用最广泛的通信协议。无游梁式抽油机以S7-200 PLC为控制核心,使用PPI协议与STC12C5A16S2单片机进行通信。通过GSM模块SIM900A将抽油机的工作状况报告给工作人员,并接收工作人员的指示,完成恶劣工作环境下抽油机的远程监控。
PPI protocol is the most widely used communication protocol among all communication methods of Siemens PLC. The non-beam pumping unit was controlled by Siemens PLC S7 -200, using the PPI protocol for communicating with STC12CSAI6S2 microcontroller. It reported to the staff the working conditions of pumping unit and receiving the instructions of the staff by GSM module SIM900A, to complete remote monitoring of the pumping unit in the harsh working environment.
