从建构有效约定到社会信用的实现

From the Construction of Effective Convention to the Realization of Social Credit

约定的建构是为了应对互动性行为中的不确定性,无效的约定不但消除不掉不确定性,而且可能会使各行为方都成为不讲信用的人。违约则是缘于一些行为方寻求收益的改进,有效的约定能够避免这种改进动机的出现,并且整体上能够促使合作的实现。在有效约定下,各行为方都有强烈的守约动机,或者不得不守约。有效约定能够培育守信者,并且加快促进社会信用的实现。

The construction of convention is needed in order to eliminate uncertainty in interactive behavior. Ineffective convention cannot eliminate the uncertainty,and may enable all the parties to fail in credit. The cause for violating convention is that some parties seek improvement of their earnings,but effective convention can cease this motivation and promote the realization of cooperation. Under the mechanism of effective convention,all the parties have strong motivation of following convention or have to abide by the convention. Effective convention can cultivate promise keepers and accelerate the construction process of social credit.
