Policies to the Increased Pressure of Environment Protection after China Joins WTO

中美关于中国加入WTO双边协议的签署 ,在为中国提供诸多机遇的同时 ,也带来了种种挑战 ,环保问题就是其中极为重要的一点。为促使我国的环保产业在我国于不久的将来加入WTO后 ,在同国际强大竞争对手的激烈较量中立于不败之地 ,就必须即刻以全新的逆向思维方式 ,以海洋环境的优劣为最终衡量指标 ,以生活污水污染、工业废水污染、农业生产污染以及水产养殖污染同时治理的全方位对策 ,综合性地开展我国的环保工作。

When China gain much chances from the fact that the agreement on China's joining WTO was signed between China and America, the important problem China had to face was the increased pressure of environment protection. To win the sharp competing with powerful international opponent after China joins WTO in short time, we shall comprehensive develop our environment protection at once. The problem concerning the pollution of domestic sewage, industry liquid waste, agriculture production and aquatic breed shall be tackled in a comprehensive way. This article put forward new recommendations with inverse thinking to solve the problem.
