摘要
:本文首先对太(原)—中(卫)铁路项目的提出、工程线路方案及其替代方案的设计和多方案比选进行了分析探讨 ,接着从太中铁路对完善新亚欧大陆桥未来多端束状联运网格局(即利用神黄铁路形成陆路最短的陆桥北通道) ,和改善中西部路网结构、打通晋陕宁直达铁路、形成国家大能源经济区、促进沿线中心城市和出海港口建设等角度,论证其可行性和战略意义 ,最后从资金、技术条件和协调等方面探讨其可行性,为国家经济建设宏观决策服务。
Taiyuan-Zhongwei railroad an imporant thoroughfare of that Taiyuan and Shi jiazhuang city link whth the west of China,it easterly link with Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan railway,Beijing-Guangzhou railway,Tianjing-Baoding,Shijiazhang-Dezhou railway and building Suozhou-Huanghua railway,and it westerly link with Lanzhou-Xingjiang railway.It will become one of shortcuts and important constituent of new Asia-Europe continental bridge railwas network,and it will become a new railway main line parallel to Lanzhou-Lianyungang railway.It is favorable to realizing Taiyuan and Shijiazhuang city developing strategy,will provide a unique opportunity and power of exploiting resources,shedding poverty and getting rich of the minority nationality and the poor region relating to the railway.It profits that Huanghua port become one of bridge head of the continental bridge.It is favorable to economic cooperation and union of the east with the west in China.Taiyuan-Zhongwei railway is irresistible,let's seek unity of thinking,and create actively conditions.
