酶制剂具有高效性、专一性等特性,在制革工业中的应用日益广泛。介绍了制革用酶制剂的种类和作用特点,概述了酶制剂在制革业中的应用现状及研究进展。
The application of enzyme preparation in leather industry gets increasingly widespread, becauseof its characteristics of high efficiency and specificity. Varieties and features of enzyme preparation used inthe leather industry are presented. Application status and research progress are also summarized briefly.
