摘要
首先研究了氧化法制备羊毛角蛋白溶液过程中碱用量、双氧水用量、温度和时间对水解率、增比黏度和固体质量分数的影响,然后引入超声波技术改进水解工艺,考查了预处理时间、超声功率和超声时间的影响。用红外光谱、凝胶渗透色谱、X射线衍射、差示量热扫描和热重分析等表征了水解产物,结果表明:超声对羊毛水解有促进作用,能有效地缩短水解时间,提高水解效率。
The influence of factors such as alkali dosage, hydrogen peroxide dosage, reaction temperatureand time on hydrolysis rate, specific viscosity and solid mass fraction during hydrolysis process of wool viaoxidation method was investigated, and then the effect factors such as pretreatment time, ultrasonic powerand treatment time when ultrasonic technique was applied to improve the hydrolysis process was alsostudied. At the same time, the hydrolyzate was characterized by FTIR, GPC, XRD, DSC and TG. The re-suits showed that the ultrasonic technique can enhance the wool degradation efficiency and shorten hydrol-ysis time.
