摘要
探讨了皮边油中游离甲醛含量测定方法的影响因素。结果表明:十二烷基磺酸钠溶液萃取法测定结果会随着萃取温度升高、萃取时间和衍生时间的延长而增加;使用十二烷基磺酸钠溶液萃取,液相色谱法测定皮边油中甲醛含量具有更准确的结果和数据重复性。
Factors affecting on the determination of free formaldehyde content in leather edge oil were in-vestigated in this paper. The results demonstrate that the content of free formaldehyde increases as the ex-traction temperature, extraction time and standing time increases, respectively, when extraction mediumsodium dodecyl sulfate solution is employed. And then improved accuracy and better data repeatability areobtained utilizing liquid chromatography determination method.
