On the Relationship between Scientific View and Perfecting People's Life

科学发展观是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的指导思想,改善民生是科学发展观的题中应有之义。践行科学发展观和改善民生都是社会主义社会发展理论的必然要求。科学发展观和改善民生是相辅相成的辩证关系:改善民生需要在科学发展观的指导下进行,而践行科学发展观则需要在改善民生上下功夫。科学发展观和改善民生的关系,是事物发展保持必要的张力、到达微妙平衡的辩证智慧的生动体现。

Scientific View is the guidance for us to adhere to and develop Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, while perfecting people＇s life is the necessary connotation of Scientific View. Both practicing Scientific View and perfecting people＇s life are the necessary requirements of the Social Development Theory for Socialist Society. The two issues are supplementing and complementing each other, forming dialectic relationship. Perfecting people＇s life must be guided by Scientific View, while the promotion of Scientific View depends on perfecting people＇s life. The relationship between the two issues is the necessary force for things to develop as well as the vivid presentation of dialectic wisdom to reach balance.
