摘要
对于中小民营企业来说,外包既可以节约人力资源成本,降低企业整体的管理成本,又可以利用外部的专业资源对内部进行专业化的管理,指导和帮助民营企业建立和完善人力资源管理体系,提高管理水平和效率,完成人力资源管理职能的转变。因此,进行人力资源管理外包是民营企业发展的优化选择,也是必由之路。目前我国关于人力资源管理外包的理论和实践都比较匮乏,尚未形成统一的认识和管理行为,因此,研究民营企业中人力资源管理外包的应用,为民营企业外包设计一个可行的模式和方案,就具有非常重要的作用和意义。
To medium and small private enterprises, outsourced management can save cost for human resource and reduce general management cost in enterprises. Further more, the enterprises can conduct professional internal management by making use of external professional resources. They can also be guided to establish and perfect human resource management system, which helps not only improve standard and efficiency, but also transform the function of human resource management. Therefore, outsourcing human resource management is an optimization and a must for private enterprises to develop. Nowadays, we lack enough theory and practice in the field and have not formed general idea and management mode as well. We should study the application of outsourced human resource management in private enterprises, so as to provide a feasible mode and plan for the enterprises to design their outsourced human resource management, which is very significant.
