The wide application of information technology in the teaching of Physical Education in colleges not only improves the quality of the teaching activities, but also enriches the teaching methods for the course. We should realize better application of information technology in the teaching of Physical Education in colleges through the following approaches such as establishing teaching platform based on information technology, depending on information technology to make dynamitic courseware, and building information management system on students＇ physical qualities.
