摘要
中草药的药物相互作用在传统中药的研究过程中越来越重要。中草药与其它药物的合用可能会影响药物的药物代谢动力学与药物效应学,从而增加/减弱其药效或毒性作用。药动学包括吸收、分布、代谢及排泄,药物代谢的主要器官在肝脏,而肝转运体在药物相互作用中起重要作用。本文探讨了肝转运体在生长发育,衰老过程,时辰,妊娠和哺乳的生理变化及吴茱萸次碱对肝药物转运体的影响。
Herb- drug interactions are becoming more and more important in traditional medicine research. Herb - drug interactions affect the prescribed drugs and over - the - counter complimentary medicines. Herb - drug interactions could affect pharmacokinetics and to increase or decrease their efficacy and toxicity. Pharmaco- kinetics play a very important roles in herb - drug interactions, including absorption, distribution, biotransforma- tion, and excretion. Liver is the main organ for drug metabolism and hepatic transporters play important roles in xenobiotie uptake and efflux. This paper discusses our recent studies on physiological variations of hepatic trans- porters including development, aging, pregnant and lactation and implications of hepatic transporters in rutaecarpine research.
