摘要
SAP ERP(企业资源计划)管理软件是德国SAP公司开发的一套针对企业管理解决方案的软件,在其13个功能模块中,用户权限管理通常作为一个相对独立的功能模块来实施。介绍了SAP ERP管理软件的权限架构,阐述了角色、参数文件、用户账号3个基本要素的概念和相互之间的关系,并针对ERP系统上线后的权限运维内容和权限实施提出了授权原则。分析了国内企业ERP系统权限管理模式和流程上存在的不足及运行风险,论述了优化后的权限运维模式及流程。权限管理流程经优化后,可使SAP ERP系统的功能得以充分发挥,从而为企业生产经营及管理带来应有的效果。
SAP ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) management software,developed by SAP German company and for enterprise management solutions,consists of 13functional modules,and the management of user authority is usually implemented as a relative independent module.The authority structure of SAP ERP is introduced,the relations among 3 basic key concepts and elements of user ID,role and profile are expounded,and the principles for maintenance and implementation of access rights when ERP online are brought forward,Having analyzed the deficiency and risk in domestic SAP EPR system regarding authority management module and its process,the optimized module is addressed,which could make full use of the functions in SAP EPR system to bring due purpose for the business and management of enterprises.
