高磷含量低温压力容器钢板热处理工艺研究

摘要 对高磷含量的热轧低温压力容器钢板进行常规正火及亚温正火处理,观察其显微组织并分析不同条件下钢板的力学性能。结果显示,采用合适的亚温正火工艺,可以使含磷量较高的低温容器用钢板在满足材料强度的前提下获得更好的韧性,尤其是能够获得更好的低温韧性。通过分析亚温正火处理后不同冷速下钢板的组织性能,发现增大冷却速度可以进一步提高钢板的性能。 Conventional normalization and subcritical normalization are conducted on hot rolled steel plate withlow P content for low temperature pressure vessel. The microstructure is observed and mechanical properties of the steelplate are analyzed under different conditions. The results show that proper subcritical normalizing process enables steelplate with high P content for low temperature pressure vessel to receive higher toughness while attaining satisfactory ma-terial strength, esp. better low temperature toughness. By analyzing the microstructure and properties of steel platecooled in different speeds after subcritical normalization, it is found out that increasing cooling rate can further improvethe mechanical properties of steel plate.
