摘要
通过对莱钢4 300 mm宽厚板生产线钢板厚度控制问题的分析及改进,采取优化弹跳曲线、开发厚度中间自学习功能、优化一级AGC控制参数、保证钢板轧制温度均匀性等措施,提高了钢板厚度控制精度,取得了良好效果。
By analyzing the plate control accuracy problem of Laigang 4 300 mm wide and heavy plate productionline and making relevant improvement, Laigang generates new mill stretch curve, develops intermediate gauge adaptionfunction, optimizes the control parameters of Level 1 AGC system in order to ensure uniformity of plate rolling tempera-ture, which improves the control accuracy of plate gauge and receives good results.
