我国的城乡一体化进程逐步加快,城乡结合部的社会治理和公共服务也在逐步完善。但从治理的视角看,城乡结合部社会治理创新还受到制度、理念、体制、机制、方式、方法等方面的制约。

In our country,the urban-rural integration process speeds up gradually,the social governance and public service of urban fringe has been gradually perfected. But from the governance perspective,restricting factors still exist, such as institution,idea,system,mechanism,ways,methods,which is hampering the innovation of social governance in urban fringe.
