大学生兼职法律问题探析

大学生兼职已成为普遍现象,但在兼职的过程中其权益经常被损害。只有进一步完善相关法律制度,公权部门加强联动,用人单位增强社会责任意识,学校加大教育引导力度,学生提高自我保护意识等多管齐下,才能更好地保障兼职大学生的合法权益。

Part time students have become a common phenomenon,but the interest has often been damaged. We should further improve the relevant legal system,strengthen the public sector linkage,enhance the social responsibility of employing units,increase the education guidance of schools,improve students＇ self protective consciousness,in order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of part-time students.
