摘要
当前饭店中餐基层员工的职业倦怠现象日益普遍与严重,已影响到员工自身职业生涯发展和饭店发展的方方面面。采取调查访谈法,通过对五家饭店中餐基层员工的访谈、调查,收集各种资料。并对资料进行处理分析,挖掘中餐基层员工职业倦怠的各种影响因素,得出以下结论:影响饭店中餐基层员工职业倦怠的十大因素为:情绪智力、工作特性、角色冲突、领导因素、公平感、企业实力、社会和组织支持、情感耗竭、去人性化、个人成就感。其中有正向因素有负向因素。而饭店中餐基层员工职业倦怠的发展经历了情感耗竭——情绪智力、社会和组织支持——成就感降低的过程。
Career fatigue is increasingly common and serious in the junior workers in Chinese restaurants in hotels, which has affected the development of the employees′ career and hotels. Through interviewing employees of Chinese restaurants in five hotels and analyzing the data collected, the following conclusion is drawn: emotional intelligence, characteristics of job, role conflicts, managerial factors, sense of fairness, the enterprise strength, social and organizational support, emotional exhaustion, dehumanization, sense of personal achievement are the ten contributing factors for junior workers′ career fatigue. These factors are both positive and negative. And development of career fatigue of junior employees generally goes through the following stages: emotional exhaustion, emotional intelligence, social and organizational support, reduction of a sense of accomplishment.
