摘要
东南花都是集花果园和农业科技园为一体,以两岸农业文化旅游为特色的国家AAAA级旅游景区。由于起步较晚,目前旅游开发还属于初始阶段。本文运用SWOT分析方法对漳州东南花都旅游资源开发的优势、劣势、机遇以及挑战进行深入的分析,指出东南花都应深入市场调查、做好市场定位,整合旅游资源、深度开发旅游产品,加大宣传力度、做好市场营销,加强园区的管理、防止环境污染等,以促进景区的深入开发和可持续发展。
Dongnan Huadu is the integration of the Flower and Fruit Farm and Agricultural Science and Technology Park. It is one of the national AAAA grade scenic spots featuring cross-strait agricultural culture tourism. Due to late start, Dongnan Huadu is still at the initial stage of Tourism development. Strengths, weakness, opportunities and the challenges of tourism resources development in Dongnan Huadu is analyzed by employing SWOT. It is pointed out that the in-depth market research shall be carried out, market positioning shall be fulfilled, tourism resources shall be integrated, tourism products shall be developed, propaganda shall be enhanced, marketing shall be implemented, management shall be strengthened and environmental pollution shall be prevented so as to promote the in-depth and sustainable development of the scenic spot.
