二十世纪三四十年代广西粮食管理探析

The Analysis of Grain Management in Guangxi Province in the1930s～1940s

二十世纪三四十年代广西粮食问题严重。广西省政府采取一系列举措来加强粮食管理。如建立粮管机构,建设粮食仓库,制订粮食调节办法等。这些措施对增加粮食储备,保证战时军需民食起到一定作用,但由于资金限制,基层人员管理不善,米谷变质,粮损严重,对军粮民食产生不利影响。

The food problem was serious in Guangxi Province in the 1930s 1940s. The Guangxi Provincial Government took a series of measures to strengthen the food management such as establishing the grain management mechanisms, building grain warehouses, and working out grain adjustment measures. These measures played a certain role in promoting food reserve and meeting the needs of military and people during the wartime. However, due to limited funds and the poor management at grassroots, rice and grain got deteriorated and affected on the food supply to the military and people.
